I have worked with Baylie on and off for the last 4.5 years, our journey together started with PT and moved on to nutrition.
She has been an amazing spark of joy, with her positive outlook on things, her passion for the health and fitness industry and the joy in which she speaks about these topics - contagious!
As my PT she made going into a gym, something I looked forward to, it allowed me time and space to fill my cup ( as a new mum it was much needed). Never would I feel judged for my choices, if I had a bad food day - she was all about acknowledging it but never about making me feel guilty.
Doing her 8 week summer reset program - this has been incredible (mum of 2 at this point and freshly PP) once again I needed to fill my cup to look after myself. The meal plan she provided was made of easy recipes and with foods that made feeding the family easy - trust me there are some fav recipes that have entered the rotation. This program allowed me to understand how to fuel my body and still enjoy that cup of coffee and after dinner sweet treats (ice cream and chocolate were not off limits!), the weekly check-ins helped hold me accountable but also gave me a sounding board.
